Description
This stereo card shows a view looking south from the roof of the Custom House. The house whose roof is close up in the foreground is on School Street. The large frame building behind it is a city building on Spring Street, possibly the Armory. Directly beyond that building, in the center of the image, one sees the cupola on the roof of William A. Farnsworth's barn on Elm Street. Ingraham's Hill is on the horizon on the right.
